SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will occur as timely as possible in order to get you your products as quickly as we can. If you run into any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO addresses must please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FP/DPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method.
Damages/Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, Icarus Dynamics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, save all correspondence and forward them to us with photos. We may be able to assist
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Icarus Dynamics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of unopened, undamaged products will always be accepted for any reason.
Returns and exchanges for Colorway or Size will be accepted for free.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Factory defect that slipped QC or degradation that is not considered normal wear and tear or damage will be replaced at no charge for the lifetime of the gear.
